Runescape Thanksgiving Event guide with Help and Walkthrough 2008

WOW!!! Thanksgiving time and runescape is back with a new event for this 2008 thanksgiving with a turkey hunt and feast for all the runescape players.

Thanksgiving Event Guide Info:

There are two parts in the thanksgiving event.

  • Turkey Carnage
  • Hidden Turkeys

Hidden Turkeys Walkthrough:

There are a total of 10 turkeys in different locations where some of them are even hiding. Locations where you can find the turkeys are:

  • Lumbridge
  • Falador
  • Varrock

Exact Location of the turkeys:

  • Beside the smelting tutor found outside The Lumbridge Castle. (it will roam in the streets)
  • The Lumbridge Swamp. (go around the swamp area a little bid and you will find it)
  • In a house east of the Mining Guild in Falador. (Located in the house or in the clearing with trees)
  • In the Al Kharid City. (Near the Platelegs store)
  • In the Al Kharid Mine with scorpions. (Turkey can be disguised as a cactus)
  • Near to the entrance of the Edgeville Dungeon. (south of the bank)
  • Just outside of Draynor Manor (inside the manor grounds), to the north, and near the Evil turnip patch
  • Near the Apothecary in Varrock
  • Near the Monastery
  • Mudskipper Point, near the Fairy Ring

Few of the turkeys are disguised in different forms. I will be mentioning them in this post once i find it.

To keep a track of your turkey finding you can get a book from the brother of Lumbridge castle cook located just beside the lumbridge castle cook. This book is not required as it only says how many turkeys you have spotted so far.

For finding the turkeys you need to search the locations specified above. Once a turkey is located and spotted. A player can spy on them and find a location of another turkey from the hint given by the turkey spotted by player.

Turkey Carnage Walkthrough:

Players can kill a lot turkeys in the areas specified above for meat like raw turkey and even the tukey drumsticks or a cornucopia.

    I have seached and searched and searched. There is no turkey in no house east of the mining guild in Falador. Thats where everybody says it is but its not there. I have found every turkey except for this one.:( PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Its the large corner building with the water symbol in it, at least it was for me!
